Along with the meal and drink instructions, you will also receive 12 lessons for you to learn the principles of Ayurveda, weight loss approach, natural ways to burn more fat and correct ways of eating.

These lessons will help you to maintain your goals for long-term and have a better understanding of what, how and when to eat the correct types of food. All the program use only natural ingredients that you can buy locally, it doesn't contain any unnatural pills or supplements.

Your program also has a recipe book that will help you to cook specific Ayurvedic meals to help on the weight loss.
